Tobias Peciva

Tobias Peciva has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Tobias currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Education Perfect since June 2023. Prior to this, Tobias worked at Cornerstone OnDemand where they held various positions, including Senior Director of Engineering from March 2021 to September 2022, Director of Engineering from September 2018 to March 2021, Senior Development Manager from September 2017 to August 2018, and Development Manager from May 2016 to August 2017. Before joining Cornerstone OnDemand, Tobias worked at Kaseya as Director, Edge & Endpoint from February 2014 to December 2015, and as Director of Engineering from July 2010 to January 2014. Tobias also has experience at Pharos Systems International as Uniprint Product Lead from January 2006 to July 2010, and as a Software Engineer from May 2002 to December 2005. Additionally, Tobias co-founded Catchy Software and worked as a Partner from February 2001 to December 2007. Tobias started their career as a Software Engineer at L&H Mendez in June 1998, and later held the role of Web Developer and Webmaster at Chalmers University of Technology from May 1999 to October 2000.

Tobias Peciva began their education in 1996 at Umeå University, where they studied Theory of Science, Theoretical Philosophy, History of Science, and Ideas until 1997. Tobias then pursued their MSc degree in Engineering Physics, Complex Adaptive Systems at Chalmers University of Technology from 1997 to 2001.
