Previously, Ryan held various director roles at AstraZeneca, leading global and US learning strategies for oncology products and earning accolades for innovative training programs. Ryan's career also includes significant positions at MedImmune and Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on sales success and training in key therapeutic areas.
