Kenneth Shamleffer

Kenneth Shamleffer has extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as the AVP IT Business Applications at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union since February 2013, having previously held roles as Information Systems Manager, Business Analyst, and System Administrator within the same institution from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, Kenneth held senior leadership positions at Bradford Bank from 2001 to 2009, including Senior VP Operations and VP Information Technology. Kenneth earned an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Kaplan College between 1980 and 1982 and graduated with a high school diploma in Engineering from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute from 1976 to 1979.
