James Santiago

James Santiago is a seasoned professional in the field of educational assessment and operations, currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Associate at ETS since November 2022. In this role, James supports the management of the California K-12 Smarter Balanced ELA and Math assessments, as well as the California Alternate Assessments. Previously, James worked at Pearson from September 2015 to November 2022 as an Educational Program Manager, where responsibilities included directing large-scale licensure assessment programs and managing relationships with state education agencies across multiple states. James also has extensive experience in project management and test development from a prior role at Evaluation Systems group of Pearson. James holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from California State University-Sacramento.
