Victoria Kesling Councill

Victoria Kesling Councill, MA, is an experienced professional in arts education and theater operations. Currently serving as Chapter Operations Associate Director at the Educational Theatre Association, Victoria has held various roles including Chapter Operations Consultant and Virginia Thespians Chapter Director since 2011. In addition to this, Victoria is an Independent Certified OPTAVIA Coach and operates Tori Kesling Consulting. With a significant tenure at New Kent County Public Schools as the Trojan Theatre at NKHS Artistic Director, Victoria also led an international musical theater partnership with a UK school. Previous experiences include teaching and coordinating arts programs for various organizations, including the Highland Support Project and Henrico County Public Schools. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Theatre from the University of Houston and dual Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Art Education and Theatre Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.
