Joanne Kossuth

Joanne Kossuth currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Interim Chief Information Officer at Lesley University since October 2020. As Principal at 1MountainRoad, Joanne provides consulting services in strategic business process re-engineering, leadership development, human capital management, and collaboration implementation. Joanne has been involved with EDUCAUSE since 1999 as Dean of the Leading Change Institute and as a member focused on curriculum development for new information services professionals. Previous roles include serving as Chief Information Officer and Organizational Consultant at Mitchell College and Vice President for Operations and CIO at Olin College of Engineering, where Joanne led significant technology infrastructure projects. Additionally, Joanne has held advisory positions with organizations such as Juniper Networks and Plantronics, and contributed to the strategic direction of various educational and technology-focused boards. Joanne holds an MS in Management from Lesley University and a BS in Psychology and Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
