Josh Silva has extensive experience in human resources and technology management, currently serving as a Manager at Educe since September 2017, where responsibilities include establishing client partnerships, nurturing long-term relationships, and overseeing implementations of Cornerstone and SuccessFactors while managing a team of consultants. Previously, from January 2015 to September 2017, Josh was the Manager of HR Business Technology at Western & Southern Financial Group, focusing on implementing the Cornerstone OnDemand suite and optimizing talent management processes. Earlier experience as an HR Specialist at SentriLock, LLC, from August 2010 to January 2015, involved various HR functions, HRIS system expansion, and recruitment efforts to enhance organizational culture and efficiency.
