Nyla Reed

Nyla Reed is a Founding Partner of the Educe Group, by way of a merger with the firm she founded in 2003, Hashmi Solutions, Inc. Nyla has more than 20 years of experience in the field of talent management, helping organizations develop and execute talent strategy while maximizing technology investments. Among other responsibilities, she is the senior strategic advisor for major clients. Her main areas of focus include learning and performance process transformation, effective management of regulatory and compliance requirements, and adapting staffing to meet changing workplace demands. Prior to Educe, Nyla led global LMS implementations as a Managing Consultant at Saba Software and developed the company’s first consultant training program. In Training Specialist roles at the US Senate and EDS, Nyla developed training solutions for the Senate, INS, and other government entities. Nyla began her career at the Close Up Foundation, a civic education organization where she managed an international studies program for students and teachers. Nyla received a Master of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of William and Mary.
