Dasha Dobrego

Dasha Dobrego has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Dasha is currently working as a Growth Product Manager at eduMe, a Workforce Success platform used by companies worldwide. In this role, they focus on training, informing, and engaging the workforce through effective learning and relevant information.

Before joining eduMe, Dasha worked as a Product Manager at Practicum by Yandex, an online bootcamp. Dasha managed a portfolio of two bootcamps in the Performance Marketing education department. Their responsibilities included market research, user interviews, and introducing new lead funnels. Dasha also analyzed product metrics and implemented a process of continuous user feedback retrieval, resulting in increased Free Track Satisfaction and Completion rates.

Dasha also has experience at Brane, where they held multiple roles including Product Manager in the Creative Team and Product Manager in the Growth Team. Dasha managed creative marketing for clients, increased average client LTV, and oversaw team capacity for multiple projects. Additionally, they worked as a Junior Product Manager at Brane. Prior to Brane, they worked as a Product Manager for the 'Speech' App at MegaFon.

Dasha's earlier experience includes working as an IT Project Manager at GreenSide, where they conducted market and user research to develop detailed business plans. Dasha also worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at OZON.ru, where they conducted financial analysis to optimize logistics expenditures. Additionally, they played a vital role as a Production Support at FOX Sports during the FIFA World Cup 2018, providing assistance to the production team and contributing to the localization of content.

Dasha Dobrego completed their Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics from 2015 to 2019. In 2017 and 2018, Dasha was an exchange student at UCL, focusing on Economics. Additionally, they participated in a program at EY Academy in 2018 that specifically covered Tax Law/Taxation.

Dasha also has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2020, they completed the following online courses: "Introduction to Software Product Management" from Coursera, "Maths and Python for Data Analysis (MIPT & Yandex & E-Learning Development Fund)" from Coursera, and "Software Processes and Agile Practices" from Coursera. Dasha also obtained the "Google Ads Search Certification" from Google in January 2020.
