Yuliya Letnyanchyn

Yuliya Letnyanchyn currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Edvantis Software since October 2019, while also holding the position of Senior Consultant and Managing Partner at NP Consulting since August 2018, where services focus on IT innovation and outsourcing to enhance business competitiveness. Previously, Yuliya was the Chief Operating Officer at ELEKS from February 2014 to July 2018, overseeing operations aimed at improving business efficiency and developing operational controls. Prior roles at ELEKS included Director of Human Capital and Head of Business Process Improvement, where leadership and strategic process enhancements were emphasized. Yuliya's career began at SoftServe, where the establishment of the Business Analysis Office and various roles in customer support and project management contributed to a robust understanding of business operations. Yuliya holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
