Phil Miller has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Phil started their career in 2005 as a Junior Engineer at Buckland & Taylor Ltd. and later worked as a Design Engineer at Sandwell Engineering. In 2008, they became a Partner at Arktis ECM. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Education Consultant, where they stayed until 2014. From 2011 to 2013, Phil worked as an Instructor and Course Development Consultant at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2009, they founded NCH Inc. Engineering Consulting and served as its President. Currently, Phil is the Director of Finance at Edvisor, a position they have held since January 2015. Overall, Phil has developed a diverse skill set and has demonstrated leadership and expertise in finance, operations, engineering consulting, education, and course development.
Phil Miller completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Queen's University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued their Master of Applied Science degree in Structural Engineering at the University of Toronto.
