Arthur Olvera is a seasoned engineering and business development professional with extensive experience in the steel industry. Currently serving as Corporate Engineering Manager and Commissioning Manager at Edw. C. Levy Co. since April 2019, Arthur oversees the planning, organization, and budgeting of Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning operations while emphasizing safety and quality. Previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Project Management at Fusion Industrial Technologies LLC, contributing expertise in project development and metal recovery plant design. Additional experience includes significant roles at Harsco Corporation, where Arthur managed global engineering and business development efforts across multiple regions. Arthur holds an Associate’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and has pursued further education in project management, earning a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
