David Cropp has over 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at both Edward Andrews Homes and Empire Communities since December 2013. Prior to this, David held multiple roles at The Ryland Group from December 1993 to December 2013, including Senior Homebuilding Supervisor and Area Homebuilding Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing production for numerous builders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. David's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wittenberg University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
