Elias C. Tavarez

Elias C. Tavarez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Elias C. most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and EVP Finance, HR & IT at Edward Don & Company, a foodservice equipment and supplies distribution company. In this role, they were responsible for supporting post-pandemic recovery and implementing a value creation strategy. Elias C. also served as a Board Member for the company. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Chief Financial Officer at Harvest Sherwood Food Distributors and Dunn's River Brands, both multi-billion dollar companies in the food distribution and CPG sectors respectively. Elias C. was also the VP, Chief Financial Officer at LALA U.S., Inc, where they played a key role in turning around the company's bottom line and supporting its growth plans. Earlier in their career, they spent several years at PepsiCo in different finance roles, including Chief Financial Officer for the Caribbean and Central America Foods division. Elias C. also worked at Eastman Kodak Company and Arthur Andersen. Throughout their career, Elias has demonstrated their expertise in finance and strategy and has served as a valued strategic business partner to company leaders.
