Alan Wilkes

Alan Wilkes has held a variety of positions since 2002. Alan began their career as a GM at Greyfriars Coffee and Tea, where they were acknowledged as a Top Performer and surpassed company expectations in cross-functional departments. In 2003, they took on the role of Residential Treatment Specialist at Bethel Bible Village, performing customized counseling sessions and serving as a key liaison between family members and qualified social workers. In 2008, they were selected to create and launch start-up operations for Pasha Coffee & Tea, employing and coaching top-performing baristas and wait staff. In 2009, they were promoted from Waiter and Lead Trainer to Manager/HR/Craft Beer Wholeseller at The Terminal Brewhouse, directing wholesale, restaurant, and HR operations. In 2016, they were hired as HR Administrator at Henderson, Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC. Finally, in 2017, they were hired as Operations Manager and then promoted to Electrical Mechanical and Logistics Team Manager at Edwin Bohr Electronics, where they used their skills in project and resource management to create a recognized expediting process that was adopted across departments.

Alan Wilkes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bryan College between 1999 and 2003. Alan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix between 2011 and 2013.
