Philopimin Malkotsis

Philopimin Malkotsis is an experienced electronic engineer currently serving in the spectrum technical support department at the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) since December 2021. In addition, Philopimin has been a principal investigator for the hELlenic Seismo-ElectroMagnetics Network (ELSEM-Net) at the University of West Attica and the Institute of Geodynamics of the National Observatory of Athens since September 2021. Philopimin's career includes roles at EETT since November 2003, Stet Hellas sa from 1998 to 2003, Transdata computer networks from 1994 to 1999, and as an assistant professor at the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education from 1995 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of West Attica and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Telecommunications Technology/Technician from the Technological Institute of Thessaloniki.
