Jeffrey is currently the Chief Information Officer at EF Educational Tours, where they are responsible for leading the post-pandemic digital transformation. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Sonesta Hotels, where they led the technology strategy and execution to support the company's significant growth. Jeffrey has also held senior positions at Intrepid Impact Partners, Sevita, Magellan Biosciences, Inc., Biogen, and Cambridge Technology Partners, where they contributed to the development and implementation of IT strategies and systems. Jeffrey brings a wealth of experience in driving digital innovation, enhancing the guest experience, and optimizing operational efficiency.
