Wolfgang Hohenester

Wolfgang Hohenester has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Head of International Customer Service at EFAFLEX Tor- und Sicherheitssysteme GmbH & Co. KG since January 2013, where Wolfgang has also held roles as Service Coordinator for International Business and Assistant of Customer Service Management. Prior to this, Wolfgang worked at Cardo Door Production GmbH from February 1999 to November 2012, starting as an Export Clerk and advancing to Manager of Customer Care. Wolfgang holds a Bachelor Professional (CCI) in Business Administration and Operations from IHK Akademy Munich, a Trainer Aptitude Examination AdA-certificate, and is a State Certified Industrial Clerk from the State Vocational College Freising.
