Ty Knox

Ty Knox, ICCE has extensive work experience in credit and risk management. Ty currently serves as the Director of Credit and Risk at EFCO Corp, where they are responsible for establishing credit for lease, rental, and sale accounts. Ty manages a team of professionals and analyzes financial information for prospective customers.

Prior to their current role, Ty worked at Ruan as the Director of Corporate Credit. Ty also held positions as a Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Analyst. At Ruan, they established credit for lease, rental, maintenance, and transport accounts and managed a team of collectors and analysts.

Before joining Ruan, Ty worked as an Account Executive at Battery Patrol, JW Corp. Their responsibilities included setting up battery centers in Ace Hardware stores, maintaining store inventory, and managing accounts receivable.

Ty began their career at Dun & Bradstreet as a Financial Data Consultant. Ty consulted with executives to improve their company's credit rating, recommended products and services, and updated financial and operational reports for existing customers.

Ty Knox, ICCE, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Iowa State University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Ty later pursued a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree in Business Administration and Management from William Penn University, achieving it between 2004 and 2007. Ty Knox also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified International Credit Professional (CICP) obtained from FCIB in 2018 and an International Certified Credit Executive (ICCE) obtained from FCIB in December 2019. Ty also obtained a Certified Quality Specialist certification from the Iowa State University Research Park in 2000.
