Maruan Khoury

Maruan Khoury has extensive experience in IT consulting, with a focus on IT Service Management. Currently serving as Solutions Architect and previously as Senior Solutions Consultant at Efecte Plc since November 2016, Maruan has developed a robust expertise in ITSM. Prior to this, Maruan worked as Senior IT Consultant and IT Consultant at Infotool Oy from August 2009 to November 2016, engaging in IT Service Management process consulting and ITSM application development. Earlier experience includes a role at Art House Oy from May 2003 to July 2008, encompassing IT support, sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service. Maruan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 2000 and 2008.
