Susie Vanseth

Susie Vanseth is an experienced project manager in learning and development, currently at EF High School Exchange Year since 2013. In this role, Susie designs and implements comprehensive curricula, transforming hiring and onboarding processes for volunteer coordinators and contractors while managing large-scale projects and events. Susie's previous positions include Regional Director, where over 500 international high school exchange students were successfully placed each year, and Program Director, where leadership of a team of 15 Program Managers fostered program excellence. Susie's career began at EF Educational Tours as a Senior Tour Consultant, mentoring a team and enhancing sales processes. Susie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Marist College.
