David Grucza

David Grucza has over 35 years of experience in the field of engineering. David is currently working as a Senior Test Engineer at EFFECT Photonics since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Test Engineer at Stealth Mode Company from November 2022 until May 2023. From July 2019 to September 2022, they served as an NPI Engineer at Starry, Inc., where they were responsible for product testing for NPI and volume manufacturing. Before that, David worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Acacia Communications Inc. from March 2015 to July 2019, where they designed and deployed a fully automated PCBA test station for product testing. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Cambridge Technology, Inc. from April 2011 to January 2015, focusing on product development and developing automated test systems for manufacturing. David also served as a Project Engineer at Bloomy Controls from September 2010 to January 2011, and as a Staff Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from September 2001 to May 2010, where they reduced development time and created a LabVIEW Object Oriented Hardware Abstraction Layer. David Grucza started their career as a Design Engineer at Philips Broadband Networks from September 1999 to July 2001, where they performed electromagnetic analysis of products. Prior to that, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory from August 1986 to September 1999, primarily working on optical processing of radar signals.

David Grucza has a comprehensive education history. David pursued Graduate Studies Towards a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University during the period of 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Electrical Engineering from the same university between 1991 and 1997.

Furthermore, David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in the years 1980 to 1985. In addition to their physics degree, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the same institution from 1980 to 1984.

Apart from their formal education, David Grucza has acquired additional certifications. David became a Certified LabVIEW Developer through the National Instruments in May 2020. Furthermore, they previously held a Certified Teststand Developer certification from the same institution that expired in December 2009.
