Lukasz Ajding

Lukasz Ajding has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lukasz currently holds the position of Product Manager Manufacturing at EFFECT Photonics, a role they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at Boart Longyear from November 2019 to June 2021.

Before their time at Boart Longyear, Lukasz worked at WABCO, where they held multiple roles over the years. From October 2017 to October 2019, they served as a Value Stream Leader in the Value stream Compression & Breaking department. Prior to that, from November 2014 to September 2017, they held the position of Quality Leader in the Value stream Vehicle Control Systems department.

Before transitioning into quality management roles, Lukasz worked in WABCO's Electronic department. From June 2008 to October 2014, they worked as a Quality Leader, responsible for ensuring product quality. Lukasz'searly experience at WABCO includes working as a Production Process Engineer in the Electronic department from May 2005 to May 2008.

Lukasz Ajding completed their technical degree in Electronics at the Technical School in Gorzow Wielkopolski from 1995 to 2000. Lukasz then pursued a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications with a specialization in Microsystems from 2000 to 2005 at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
