Will Merritt

Will Merritt is the managing partner at Effective Media Solutions, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a territory manager at Virginia Air Distributors from 2002 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, maintaining, servicing, and growing HVAC accounts. Will also helped new and existing customers to develop business "best practices" to ensure company profitability. In 2005, they were named North Carolina Salesperson of the Year, and they ranked in the top three for sales at their company from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they successfully closed the largest retail replacement dealer in the Charlotte market.

Will Merritt received a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Madison-Mayodan High School.
