Amy Darke is an experienced project manager currently employed at Effective People since January 2021. Prior to this role, Amy spent over a decade at Gist - Future Business Logistics, where responsibilities included managing strategic HR projects, overseeing companywide benefits, and leading a recruitment team focused on early talent development. Previous positions include Media Buyer at MediaCom and Recruitment Executive at Courtenay HR. Academically, Amy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Applied Social Studies from Keele University.
