Søren Daugaard

Søren Daugaard is an experienced professional in human capital management and project management, currently serving as a Product Owner for Workforce at Ørsted since April 2023. With a history at GP Strategies SuccessFactors EMEA Practice since May 2015 as an HCM Project Manager, Søren has facilitated numerous SAP SuccessFactors implementations, overseeing project progress, managing change requests, and conducting communication initiatives. Previous roles include HR Specialist at Alcon, HR Consultant at Kammeradvokaten/Lawfirm Poul Schmith, and Graduate Programme Manager at Arla Foods, among others. Søren holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and has complemented their education with international experience, including studies at Prague University of Economics and a project management role in Vladivostok, Russia.
