Alisha Laws, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as the Acting CEO at Clarity Process Behavioral Consultants, where responsibilities include providing clinical supervision and consultation of clinical caseloads since August 2018. In addition, Alisha has been a Mental Health Clinician at Effective School Solutions since 2016, delivering structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, groups, and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Previous experience includes serving as a Social Services Coordinator at LifeTies from August 2011 to 2015, focusing on treatment for youth and their families, and a tenure at Rutgers University in Alumni Relations from December 2006 to May 2011. Alisha holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, obtained in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University - Camden, completed in 2010.
