Jessica Horton

Jessica Horton, B.Comm. (Hons.), is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and operations management. Currently serving as an Energy Efficiency Specialist for Industrial Programs and an Energy Efficiency Analyst for Residential Programs at Efficiency Manitoba since November 2023, Jessica also holds the position of Program Leader at the City of Winnipeg as of January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager, Operations, and Manager, Operations at Hockey Manitoba from October 2019 to November 2023, and Event + Marketing Coordinator and Ticket Sales Representative at True North Sports & Entertainment from July 2015 to September 2019. Earlier, Jessica gained experience as an Account Intern at Think Shift and as a Finance Clerk for the Government of Canada. Academically, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Manitoba and has further educational experiences at the University of Prince Edward Island and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
