Bob Kopman

Bob Kopman is an experienced Senior Software Trainer at EfficientIP, having joined in March 2022. Prior to this role, Bob served as the Director of Technical Communications and Enablement at Behr Technologies Inc. from October 2018 to November 2021, where a partner enablement program was created, along with extensive technical documentation. Bob's extensive background at BlueCat spanned multiple roles from April 2010 to July 2018, including Training Manager, where growth of the training business was overseen, and curriculum design and delivery for various international clients. Earlier roles included Senior Technical Writer and Manager of Corporate Training, contributing to the development of customer-facing training programs for flagship DNS and DHCP solutions. Bob began a career in education as an Instructor at Seneca College and the Institute for Computer Studies, specializing in Microsoft networking and operating systems, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts Combined Honours from York University.
