Gilbert Bergh

Gilbert Bergh is currently serving as a Customer Solutions Architect at EfficientIP since June 2022, where responsibilities include pre-sales activities in the Netherlands and Nordics for DDI solutions with a focus on DNS security and network automation. Prior to this role, Gilbert accumulated extensive experience at CuraTec from January 2012 to June 2022, taking on positions such as Technical Support Engineer, Service Manager, and Network System Integrator, where tasks included customer relationship management, incident and project management, and systems maintenance and design. Gilbert also held various roles at Mitel, Yacht, Rabobank, and Universiteit Utrecht, focusing on system administration, process management in e-commerce, and first-line support. Notably, Gilbert holds degrees in Technische Informatica from Rens & Rens and multiple professional certifications, including MCSA, MCSE, ITIL V3, and PRINCE2.
