Caroline Hettler

Caroline Hettler has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Caroline started their career as an Apprentice at Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf where they gained experience in various departments such as F&B and Rooms Division. After completing their apprenticeship, they joined Hyatt Regency Cologne as a Concierge. Caroline then moved on to Grand Elysée Hamburg, where they worked as a Front Office and Reservations Agent, and later as a Shift Team Lead. In 2021, they served as the Head Concierge at The Wellem in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Currently, they are working as an Operations Associate at Efficio starting from March 2022.

Caroline Hettler's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Bowie High School as an exchange student, focusing on sophomore/junior level studies. After completing their high school program, Caroline went on to study International Hospitality Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their undergraduate studies, Caroline also had the opportunity to study at the University of Brighton for one year, specializing in International Hospitality Management with a focus on business and hospitality. Most recently, Caroline enrolled in the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2021, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
