Tural Nasifov

Tural Nasifov is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Senior Procurement Lead at Efficio since November 2021. Tural co-founded HN - House Number Planter in May 2018 and worked as a Project Procurement Specialist at Umid Babek Operating Company from October 2019 to November 2021, focusing on procurement for the "Umid-2 Babek Field Development" projects. Prior experience includes roles at ATEF Group of Companies, where Tural held various procurement and logistics positions from May 2015 to September 2019, and internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic. Tural holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from ADA University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Qafqaz Universiteti.
