Jonathan Hulme

Jonathan Hulme, P.E. serves as the County Engineer for the Effingham County, GA Board of Commissioners starting January 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Civil Engineer at Moffatt & Nichol from July 2016 to December 2023, advancing from Project Engineer to Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing plan production, managing client relationships, and facilitating construction management meetings. Jonathan's career began with the Georgia National Guard, where roles included Horizontal Engineering Officer and planning and coordinating operations as the Cadet Engineer Planning Officer. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University, completed in 2015.
