Caroline Dujardin

Caroline Dujardin has a diverse work experience in the financial industry, primarily in compliance and legal roles. Caroline recently joined EFG Bank as the Head of Compliance in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée as a Senior Legal and Compliance Officer from June 2019 to January 2021. Caroline also served as a Senior Compliance Officer at Societe Generale Private Banking - SGPB from March 2017 to April 2019, and at Indosuez Wealth Management from February 2015 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, they held senior compliance positions at ING from July 2012 to December 2014 and from January 2009 to July 2012, where they also managed general banking operations. Caroline started their career as a Lawyer (Associate/Avocat) at DS Avocats from 2001 to 2004.

Caroline Dujardin began their education in 1995 at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they pursued a degree in Law until 2000. Following this, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an LL.M in Commercial Law. In 2002, Caroline enrolled at Brussels Bar, completing their certification as an Avocat with a CAPA (Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'Avocat) in 2003.
