Inji Abdoun

Inji Abdoun, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at EFG-Hermes Holding since February 2017, Inji has previously held roles including Group Head Of Human Resources and HR Manager for Lower GCC at EFG Hermes Holding and EFG-Hermes UAE, respectively. Inji's earlier career includes positions such as HR Director at Fayrouz International and LINKdotNET, as well as Career Counselor at The American University in Cairo. Inji Abdoun holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and has completed executive education at Stanford University. Further academic achievements include an MA in Comparative Literature from The American University in Cairo and a BA in English from Alexandria University.
