Kalle Sirkesalo

Kalle Sirkesalo has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Kalle is currently the CTO of Managed Services at Eficode, where they help customers succeed in their IT strategies. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Platform, overseeing 24/7 operations and leading a team of 45 people. Kalle also held the role of Director of Continuous Services for a brief period. Before joining Eficode, Kalle worked as a Senior System Specialist and Team Lead at Eficode Root, where they focused on customer relations, automation, and team building. Kalle also worked as a Data Engineer, gaining experience in various technologies and improving customer experience. Earlier in their career, Kalle was an intern at Exit Games and worked as a Database Administrator Intern/Freelancer at Critical Force Entertainment. Kalle also has experience in assembly work at MaT-Service Oy and completed a traineeship at Parker Hannifin and Bootstrap Oy. Additionally, they worked briefly as a summer worker at Parma Oy.

Kalle Sirkesalo's education history begins with their vocational qualification in Information and Communications Technology from Forssan Ammatti-Instituutti, which they obtained between 2008 and 2011. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Kajaani, which they completed between 2012 and 2015.

Additionally, Kalle Sirkesalo has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include Certification: GitHub Actions and Certification: GitHub Administration from GitHub, which they obtained in April 2022. Kalle also holds the Alibaba Cloud Certifications ACP 100 from Alibaba Cloud, which they achieved in December 2017. In June 2017, they received the Atlassian Accredited Sales Professional certification from Atlassian. Prior to that, in September 2015, they obtained the Introduction to Thingworx 6 certification from PTC, and in May 2015, they achieved the HP ATP – Vertica Big Data Solutions V1 certification from Hewlett-Packard. Lastly, in November 2014, they became a VoltDB Vanguard certified professional through VoltDB.
