Stiina Lilja

Stiina Lilja has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stiina started their career in 1999 at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held various positions until 2005. Stiina then joined Accenture as a Consultant, specializing in project management and team leadership until 2013. Stiina transitioned to Anttila Oy, where they worked as a Project Manager on various projects, including SAP Fico implementation and eCommerce. In 2014, they joined Posti Group Oyj as an ICT Project Manager. Stiina also worked at Sitra as a Leading Specialist, responsible for project management and facilitating cooperation between pilot projects. Stiina then joined Marimekko as a Project Manager before joining Efima Oyj, where they currently hold the positions of Project Manager, Unit4 Practise Lead, and Business Director, Unit4.

Stiina Lilja has a Master's degree from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. In 2011 to 2015, they attended Brahea, which is part of the University of Turku, where they received a Supervisor (Työnohjaaja) and Process Consultant (prosessikonsultti) degree, totaling 80 ECTS. Stiina also became a Certified Business Coach from the Business Coaching Center in 2013. Stiina pursued open university studies at Aalto University from 2011 to 2012, focusing on the Change Management Module, HR, and Leadership, which resulted in 30 ECTS. Additionally, they completed basic studies of Service Design at the University of Lapland from 2018 to 2019, accumulating 25 ECTS. In the future, Stiina plans to pursue a Ratkaisukeskeinen valmentaja, coach degree from Siria - Helsingin Kesäyliopisto in 2022 to 2023, with a focus on Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Stiina also holds a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Nexum.eu, which they obtained in March 2022.
