Steve Chin

Steve Chin has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Steve began their career in 1996 as a Design Engineer for Lattice Semiconductor. In 1998, they joined Pixart Tech as a Senior Design Engineer, where they worked on CMOS image sensor design, verification, and prototype bring up. Steve then moved to Adaptive Silicon in 1999, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer. In 2002, they joined Stretch Inc. as the Director of IC Design, where they managed and led a small team in design, layout, and verification, oversaw design methodology and EDA budget, and supported customer engagements. In 2013, they joined Efinix, Inc. as the Director IC Engineering.

Steve Chin attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus in Solid State Electronics.
