Rusiru Dharmakeerthi

Rusiru Dharmakeerthi is a Senior Systems Support professional in Global IT at EFL since July 2023, with expertise in administering and maintaining core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams. Experience encompasses extensively handling Global IT tickets at various support levels and managing security and infrastructure for global IT operations. Prior roles include Associate System Administrator at Lanka Bell and Trainee System Administrator at Bellvantage (Pvt) Ltd, both subsidiaries of Melstacorp PLC. Freelance work was conducted on Fiverr from September 2018 to December 2021. Rusiru is pursuing a BSc in Computer Systems and Network Engineering from SLIIT, expected to graduate in December 2023, and is enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy since January 2019.
