Kamel A. serves as Chef de bureau at the Ministère de l’Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique since February 2021, having also held roles as Adjoint au chef du département transversal and Adjoint au chef du pôle international et juridique within the same organization. Prior to this, Kamel A. worked at the Ministère de l'Intérieur from September 2016 to February 2021, leading the division juridique in the context of civil security and crisis management. Educational achievements include a temporary position as Attaché d'administration de l'État stagiaire from IRA Lille, completion of a Classe préparatoire intégrée at ENA, and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
