Anna Piros

Anna Piros currently serves as the Head of CRM at Euroflorist, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Anna led the CRM and Loyalty team at City Gross from June 2018 to January 2023, where efforts focused on enhancing customer value in food retail. Anna has extensive experience at EnterCard, progressing from CRM Manager Nordics to various leadership positions, including Marketing Lead Sweden and Senior Category Manager Value Added Services, overseeing customer lifecycle management and marketing strategies in multiple Nordic countries. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Swedbank as Branch Manager and Project Manager, and as a Junior Consultant at Arkitraven. Anna holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing and Management from Lund University and has furthered education through studies at HEC Montréal and Université Jean Moulin.
