Lorraine Rocha has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Euroflorist since August 2018, after previously holding the role of Assistant Manager for Customer Service in the Benelux and France region. Prior to Euroflorist, Lorraine worked at arvato Benelux B.V. from March 2012 to August 2018, where responsibilities included leading the Customer Contact Center at Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and managing the Customer Care team for Videoland/RTL XL. Lorraine holds an Executive degree in Leisure and Hospitality from 2006 to 2009 and completed education at Spinoza Lyceum from 2001 to 2006.
