Dawson Neves de Araújo has work experience as a:

- Software Engineer at eGain Corporation since March 2021. In this role, they develop and enhances cloud-based B2C services for sending notifications via emails, SMS, and interactive voice response. Dawson also works on B2C Virtual Assistant service with Java backend and builds the frontend for the administrative portal using React. Additionally, they build and maintains RESTful APIs with Java hosted on Apache web servers.

- Tutor at FIU STARS from June 2019 to December 2020. In this position, they teach and assists students in various programming courses such as Java, C, Assembly, Data Structures, and Logic. Dawson also guides students on writing clean and efficient code.
