Michael Zheng

Michael Zheng has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they served as a Summer Intern at the Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYCSF). In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Swim Coach at Abraham Lincoln High School, where they provided guidance and coaching to beginner swimmers. Additionally, they were a Summer Intern at Code Tenderloin, where they assisted other students in web development. Michael also worked at San Francisco State University as a Computer Science Mentor, helping students with Java programming concepts, and as a Supplemental Java Instructional Leader, facilitating discussion groups on Data Structures. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Waiter at Sunny Sushi, performing various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Presently, they are an Analyst I, Solution Success at eGain Corporation, providing customer support, troubleshooting issues using SQL and log file analysis, and utilizing JIRA for communication with software engineers and product teams.
