Owen Muqattash

Owen Muqattash started their work experience in 2018 as an Operations Associate at First Graduate, where they worked until February 2019. In May 2019, they joined UCSF Medical Center as an Information Technology Field Technician for a brief period of one month. From August 2019 to May 2020, Owen Muqattash worked as a Front Desk Representative at San Francisco State University. In September 2021, they became a Graduate Technical Trainee at eGain Corporation, and later in December 2021, they transitioned to the role of an Implementation Solution Engineer in the same company.

Owen Muqattash completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from San Francisco State University, from the year 2019 to 2021. Before that, they attended City College of San Francisco from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology with a focus on Network Security.

In terms of additional certifications, Owen Muqattash obtained Microsoft Excel 2016 Introductory certification from MyLab IT in April 2020. Owen also acquired Microsoft Access 2016 Introductory certification from the same institution in March 2020.
