Terri Hansen

Terri Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Terri began their career at The Cobalt Group in 2004 as a Project Manager. Terri then moved on to LivePerson in 2005, where they worked as an Account Manager until 2008. After that, they joined Orbitz Worldwide as a Manager, Email & Chat, and remained in that role until 2011. Currently, they are employed at eGain Communications as a Solution Optimization Manager, starting in 2011.

Terri Hansen earned their B.A. degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising from Brigham Young University in 1993.
