Ben Rather

Ben Rather has worked in the sales and engineering industry since 2016. In 2021, they joined eGauge Systems as the Outside Sales Team Lead, where they share the benefits of understanding energy consumption and production to reduce the impact on the environment and the bottom line. From 2017 to 2021, they were with ValveSystems Inc, where they served as Sales Manager and Inside Sales Engineer/Account Executive. Their duties included organizing and facilitating team meetings, leading the annual company-wide strategic planning, and leveraging companywide software tools and systems to achieve top salesperson of the year in 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, in 2016, they worked as a Post-Grad E.I.T. at Wright Water Engineers, Inc., where they aided multiple project managers with daily responsibilities and provided help with field work.

Ben Rather graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
