Godstime Okirie

Godstime Okirie is a Power System Engineer at Egbin Power PLC since July 2020, specializing in condition monitoring, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance planning for critical power plant equipment. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance of essential assets like diesel generators and power transformers, ensuring availability of critical spare parts, and ensuring vendor compliance with company specifications. Previously, Godstime worked as an Electrical Maintenance Technician, focusing on steam and gas turbine generators, as well as electronic circuitry troubleshooting. Earlier experiences include internships in telecommunications engineering and a role as IT Manager. Godstime is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, following a National Diploma from Imo State Polytechnic.
