Ebbe Malte Iversen

Ebbe Malte Iversen currently serves as Bestyrelsesformand at Per Aarsleff Holding A/S and Stibo Holding A/S, among other roles, and has extensive experience in corporate governance through various board positions including Chairman at Stibo Fonden and Ejendomsfonden, AIS. Iversen has also held the role of CEO at Per Aarsleff Holding A/S from 1999 to 2018. With a strong foundation in civil engineering, having obtained a B.Sc. from Aalborg University, and further education at Harvard Business School, Iversen brings a wealth of leadership experience to the organizations involved.
