Matthew Maple

Matt Maple is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, talent management, and partnerships. Currently serving as Business Director at Egen since 2012, Matt contributes to the modernization and scaling of data platforms and technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Staffing Manager at Robert Half International, where successful relationship-building led to significant revenue growth, and Business Director at Velocity Sports Performance, achieving record increases in membership. Matt also worked as a Treasury and Accounting Analyst at Unitrin, managing substantial cash transactions and conducting operational audits. Earlier military service as an Intelligence Collection Team Lead at the US Army involved leadership and mentorship of soldiers. Matt holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
